توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تعالج SMART STREAM SOLUTIONS / Blue.TEC المعلومات في تطبيق الموبايل المستخدم من قبل مديري المستودعات والسائقين لإدارة توصيل سلسلة التبريد على منصة Blue.TEC.
أداة عمل لموظفي المستأجر المخوّلين (Warehouse Manager و Driver) فقط. التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال.

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية. تُعالَج البيانات عبر نشر Blue.TEC للمستأجر ومزوّدي البنية اللازمة للخدمة (الاستضافة وFirebase Cloud Messaging للإشعارات).
تُحفظ سجلات العمليات وفق سياسات المستأجر على الخادم. تُزال رموز الجهاز عند تسجيل الخروج عندما يصل التطبيق للخادم. يمكن مسح بيانات الجلسة/PIN محلياً بتسجيل الخروج أو إلغاء التثبيت أو تعطيل PIN.

This Privacy Policy describes how SMART STREAM SOLUTIONS / Blue.TEC (“we”, “us”) processes information in the SMART STREAM SOLUTIONS mobile application used by warehouse managers and drivers to operate cold-chain deliveries on the Blue.TEC platform.
A business tool for authorized tenant users (Warehouse Manager and Driver). It is not directed at children.

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the tenant’s Blue.TEC deployment and infrastructure providers necessary to run the service (hosting, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push).
Operational records are retained according to the tenant’s Blue.TEC backend policies. Device tokens are removed on logout unregister when the app can reach the server. Local session and PIN data can be cleared by logging out, uninstalling, or disabling PIN.
